Our workshops are part theory and part practice. You learn about the connection between the body, mind, nervous, and energy systems. How it affects your emotional and physical health, and how you can evolve your body and mind to be healthier, more compassionate, joyful, and trusting in all life circumstances.
In our group sessions we use EFT, energy work, and visualizations to balance the body, mind, nervous, and energy systems in order to meet life’s challenges being grounded and calm.
