Do you feel tired? Do you have a hard time to feel joyful? Do you struggle with health issues? Do you feel out of balance? Do you feel disconnected from yourself, life, or other people? Do you feel you are not living life to the fullest? Everything is about energy – to have energy available is the first step to create change. Any symptom, emotionally or physically, is connected to an imbalance in your energy system. This imbalance can be identified (and corrected) long before it shows up in your physical body.
Prevention is the best medicine. In this workshop you learn about the nine energy systems of your body, and how to work with them to feel deeply connected with yourself and others, and to create more balance, energy, wellbeing, and joy in your everyday life.
